One of our clients had sought our expertise to balance multiple premises in the past. Their house appeared well-maintained, and with minimal adjustments, everything seemed sorted. The client and their family were content, living a seemingly harmonious life.
Years later, we received a call from this client and he requested an urgent recheck of his home since their young son was struggling in his bedroom, and the family's overall physical and mental health had taken a major downturn. He mentioned that some visitor visiting his house had observed that the house hidden negative vibrations, instilling deep fear within the family.
Upon visiting their home, we found the furniture and arrangements perfect, yet the atmosphere felt heavy, low, and stagnant. Our inquiries unveiled a surprising truth. The building had undergone extensive repairs, leading the family to keep their windows perpetually closed. Even after the repairs, the habit persisted, confining them to a sealed environment, relying solely on air conditioning.
The son, isolated in his closed bedroom, avoided physical outdoor activities. He was only going out to school and back home in his own room. Similarly, the rest of the family operated within their comfort zones, shuttling between air-conditioned offices and homes. This lack of fresh air circulation had allowed stagnation to accumulate, weakening the energy and causing discomfort.
This experience underscored a vital lesson: while air conditioning is a necessity for temperature control, it can never replace the refreshing power of natural ventilation and fresh air. Air, rich in oxygen, is essential for our lungs and brain to function optimally. When this vital energy is blocked, it leads to imbalances, especially in young children.
We recapped the principles of Conscious Vaastu with the family, emphasizing the significance of 'life force energy' — fresh air. We strongly recommended the family to open their windows, allowing the rejuvenating breeze to flow through their space. Additionally, we encouraged them to engage in outdoor activities and physical exercises in nature, alongside their child.
A few weeks later, the client joyfully reported significant improvements. The family felt more comfortable, energized, and balanced, illustrating the profound impact of embracing natural elements.
Moral: Never underestimate the power of fresh air and natural elements in maintaining a healthy, balanced life. Sometimes, the simplest solutions can bring the most profound transformations.
