Disharmony to Harmony: The Power of Conscious Living

We had to visit grand house belonging to a joint family based in Rajahmundry. Detailed Vaastu principles was followed: the kitchen in the southeast, the cooking range facing east, and the front door ideally placed. Yet, the house was far from peace and harmony.

It was very interesting interaction with the family living there. Vaastu tools were decked up in various rooms, but the family never shared a meal together. Each member ate alone in their own space, glued to their TVs. Their Space Vaastu was fabulous, but their understanding in Personal Vaastu was lacking.

The kitchen, meant to be a heart of energy, had become a silent, disconnected zone. Meals were hastily consumed on beds, far from the formal dining table.

Food is a powerful source of energy, meant to be respected and enjoyed in a positive environment. Eating together at the dining table helps in harmony and boosts personal and space energy.

By simply changing their meal habits and gathering at the dining table, the family transformed their energy and strengthened their bonds.

Moral: True harmony comes not just from correct placements but from conscious living. Love your space, and let your actions uplift your energy.

This highlights the importance of integrating both physical and conscious elements in our living spaces. Balanced living can turn a house into a true home.
